The CRM & Digital Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and technical know-how to optimize the customer journey and ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms. The CRM & Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing customer data to inform campaigns, utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer loyalty, and executing digital marketing activities such as email marketing, social media campaigns, and search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about leveraging digital marketing techniques to achieve quantifiable results in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies that increase customer retention and engagement.
  • Create and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Optimize digital marketing campaigns using A/B testing and performance analysis tools.
  • Manage social media platforms to enhance brand exposure and customer interaction.
  • Utilize SEO techniques to improve website visibility and digital content reach.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators of CRM and digital marketing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all marketing activities.
  • Develop personalized customer journeys and automated workflows to enhance user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest CRM and digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing CRM systems and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM software platforms.
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
