Plant Head/ Factory Manager (225-928)

As a Plant Head/Factory Manager, you will be at the helm of our manufacturing facility, responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations. This key leadership role entails managing production efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement to maximize productivity. You will collaborate closely with other department heads, including supply chain, quality control, and human resources, to ensure seamless operations and align the facility's activities with the company's strategic goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining budgetary controls, fostering a safe and compliant work environment, and leading a team by example, cultivating a culture of respect, inclusivity, and collaboration. Your ability to analyze operational processes for cost-effectiveness, manage resources efficiently, and inspire a team will be crucial to the success of our manufacturing unit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire operations of the plant to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
• Collaborate with department leaders to align manufacturing strategies with company business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related discipline required.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing or plant management role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of production management, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Proven ability to analyze complex production processes and implement improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques is beneficial.
