The CRM Coordinator/Admin Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring that customer relationship management processes run smoothly and efficiently within the organization. This dynamic role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage CRM tools, support sales and marketing teams with actionable insights, and assist in administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations. They will be responsible for managing information and ensuring that all customer interactions are stored accurately and used effectively to enhance customer experience and business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage CRM system operations to ensure effective customer engagement strategies.
  • Support sales and marketing teams through comprehensive data analysis and reporting insights.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within the CRM system consistently.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain a filing system for various company documents and communications.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly CRM performance reports to management teams.
  • Facilitate communication between different departments to streamline customer service processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations when handling customer information within the CRM.
  • Train staff members on the usage of the CRM system and best practices in customer relationship management.
  • Monitor customer feedback and ensure it is addressed promptly to improve service quality.
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain expense records for departmental management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a CRM coordinator or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are mandatory in this role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with multiple departments.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of data protection regulations and customer confidentiality protocols.
