Job Description

The Quality Executive is a pivotal role focused on maintaining and enhancing the standards of products and services within an organization. The Quality Executive will be involved in the development, execution, and continual improvement of quality control processes. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management strategies and policies in the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality management programs and processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to standardize product and service quality.
  • Lead and manage root cause analysis and corrective action processes effectively.
  • Maintain detailed quality records and document all quality assurance activities accurately.
  • Identify potential areas for quality improvement across various organizational functions.
  • Establish a culture of continuous quality improvement and operational excellence.
  • Liaise with external auditors to ensure continuous external review and accreditation.
  • Deliver training sessions to promote quality standards among staff and management.
  • Ensure customer feedback and complaints are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and statistics to senior management effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a quality management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills needed with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to lead quality improvement initiatives in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software required.
