• Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Support: Provide technical support for internal teams and clients, addressing system-related inquiries and issues.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in system integration, proposing innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency and performance.
  
  

• Proven experience as a Systems Integrator or similar role.
• Expertise in integrating platforms and tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, API).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with system deployment and optimization.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Knowledge of current system integration technologies.
