Who You Are


A culturally fluent, platform-native Creative Strategist who knows what makes Gen A, Gen Z and Millennials tick in MENA, especially in KSA . You're not just writing decks or crafting media plans; you're building strategic direction that cuts through the noise and delivers results.


You think in hacks and headlines, understand how to make creative travel on social, and know how to sell work that drives both buzz and brand growth.


You:

  • Are Arabic-speaking, with on-the-ground experience; Deep understanding of the cultural norms, attitudes and nuances of the region.
  • Have helped win and grow big brands on social (and beyond); You know how to make brands relevant across TikTok, IG, YouTube, Snap, and more.
  • Ability to ‘dig deep’ on consumer research, analyse data and identify market trends, in order to define strategic opportunities for the brand.
  • Thrive in pitch rooms, idea sprints, workshops and client meetings.
  • Have Saudi experience? You’re our guy / gall! Awards? Even better.


What you’ll do:

You’ll lead creative strategy across some of our most exciting briefs. You’ll collaborate closely with our social creative teams, clients, and media partners.


Your focus

  • Build strategies that spark social-first ideas that resonate in MENA.
  • Turn insights into campaign platforms with legs.
  • Drive the thinking in client relationships, workshops & pitches.
  • Partner with media and platform teams to align on how/where ideas show up; building plans and messaging matrices based on audiences and media plans.
  • Push creative teams to go braver, bolder, better.
  • Analyse performance, track impact, and iterate constantly.


What you bring:

  • 5+ years in top-tier creative or social agencies.
  • Proven record in shaping cross-channel campaigns spanning ATL / BTL / digital / social that got attention and results.
  • Experience leading campaign planning with platforms, media agencies and other creative agencies.
  • Strong, simple, smart writing; grabbing attention and driving impact.
  • Confidence presenting to senior clients.
  • A feel for brand + performance, and how to bridge the two.
  • Fluent Arabic & English (writing + speaking); crafting messaging that sticks.
