Job Description

The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and ensuring that the company meets its revenue goals. This role involves developing business strategies, forming strong relationships with clients, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, be results-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills. They will be adept at analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. The Corporate Sales Manager must also be skilled in client negotiations and presentations, aiming to increase the company’s market share through the avenue of corporate sales. This position requires a proactive individual who can build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and deliver value to drive business growth. They will also be responsible for preparing regular reports and updates for the senior management team.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue goals.
  • Lead the sales team by setting targets and providing mentorship and support.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate sales contracts with corporate clients to maximize company profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement effective sales campaigns.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports on sales forecasts and performance.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to maintain strong market presence.
  • Assess client needs and customize solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Report directly to upper management on key sales performance metrics and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management or related roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are a must.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop strategies for improvements.
  • Experience in managing large corporate accounts and fostering business relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
