Job Description

The Outdoor Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving business growth by actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. Tasked with selling products or services in person, the Outdoor Sales Executive is the face of the company to potential clients. They are responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of energy, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, knowledgeable about our products, and capable of handling rejection gracefully while striving to exceed sales quotas. This dynamic position not only involves promoting sales but also gathering valuable market insights to help tailor offerings to meet customer needs.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and create new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients to strengthen relationships.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to communicate product benefits and features.
  • Keep informed of industry trends to identify new opportunities and close gaps.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports to management for evaluation purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine strategies and achieve shared sales objectives.
  • Travel to various locations for client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales events.
  • Offer exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers to inform product development and marketing.
  • Adapt sales tactics and strategies based on market conditions and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in outdoor sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence client decisions effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools and technologies.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel purposes.
