Job Description

The Corporate Sales Executive is a critical member of our sales team responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic business development and fostering strong customer relationships. This position calls for a dynamic individual who possesses a robust understanding of sales processes and the unique needs of corporate clients. Candidates must excel in identifying potential business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals that align with the company's objectives. The Corporate Sales Executive will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience from proposal through to post-sales support. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision makers.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.
  • Provide clients with excellent post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials for campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential and existing clients.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business growth strategies.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand contacts.
  • Report on sales performance and customer feedback to senior management regularly.
  • Participate in continuous training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes and advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in corporate sales or B2B sales roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products and market trends is a plus.
