Job Description

The Corporate Relationship Associate plays a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining beneficial relationships between the organization and its key corporate clients. This position requires a dynamic, proactive, and communicative individual who can seamlessly integrate with our team to understand client needs and translate them into actionable growth strategies. They will manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, striving to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. As the primary point of contact, the Corporate Relationship Associate ensures clients receive the highest degree of service and satisfaction, addressing concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively. They also collaborate with internal teams to align services with client goals and identify new opportunities for enhancing relationships and increasing company revenue.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate client representatives.
  • Understand and align client business needs with company offerings and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related communications and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless client-focused service delivery.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues and escalate concerns as necessary.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver regular client reports on service performance and engagement.
  • Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and business reviews as required.
  • Monitor market trends to anticipate client needs and adapt service offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and relationship management strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide feedback to management on potential product and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of three years experience in relationship management or account management roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client service.
  • Experience with CRM software and client relationship tools to enhance client management.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and align with company services.
