A Corporate Administrator for a trading company plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of business processes. Responsibilities

  • Implement and update company policies and procedures to maintain compliance standards.
  • Manage correspondence and communication between departments and external business partners.
  • Prepare and process critical business documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Support financial processes by maintaining budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in project management activities to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Liaise with legal teams to ensure corporate governance requirements are met.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance company operations.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support executive decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role within the trading industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of corporate laws and regulations impacting trading companies.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools like MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
