We’re looking for a creative Copywriter Intern who can craft compelling content that connects ideas, emotion, and strategy.

Role Summary

This internship is designed for talented writers who want to build their career in B2B copywriting and proposal development. Youll work alongside experienced professionals, learning the art of crafting persuasive business proposals while contributing to real client projects.

What Youll Learn

Core Skills Development

• Master the fundamentals of proposal writing and RFP response strategies
• Learn to translate technical information into compelling client-focused narratives
• Develop research skills to understand client industries and business challenges
• Understand the complete proposal lifecycle from briefing to submission
  
  

• Work on real proposals and business development materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business development, technical experts, and design
• Participate in proposal strategy sessions and brainstorming meetings
• Build a professional portfolio of B2B copywriting work
  
  

• Assist in drafting sections of proposals, RFP responses, and pitch documents
• Research client backgrounds, industries, and competitive landscapes
• Write and edit case studies, executive summaries, and supporting materials
• Help maintain and organize proposal content libraries and templates
  
  

• Support senior copywriters in gathering information from subject matter experts
• Proofread and edit proposal documents for grammar, clarity, and consistency
• Assist in formatting and coordinating proposal submissions
• Contribute creative ideas during proposal development sessions
  
  

• Participate in feedback sessions to continuously improve writing skills
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in proposal writing
• Learn to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
• Shadow experienced team members on client-facing activities (when applicable)
  
  

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum completion of 2nd year of undergraduate studies
  
  

• Strong writing skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail
• Creative mindset with ability to craft engaging narratives
• Quick learner with genuine interest in B2B writing and business development
• Strong research abilities and intellectual curiosity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
