Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella – SALT, Parkers, Somewhere, Public, Soil, Shalwa and Kumo.

We are presently seeking to hire a highly qualified Supply Chain Admin, who ensures the companys standards, ensuring that every raw material and process across our network meets the highest levels of safety and excellence. You will lead the charge in compliance, turning complex regulatory requirements into seamless daily operations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement from the suppliers warehouse to our kitchen doors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the compliance team, managing audit schedules and tracking supply chain KPIs to ensure the entire operation hits its quality targets.
• Build and maintain a rock-solid QA framework that aligns with UAE, KSA, and GCC regulatory standards, including HACCP and ISO 22000.
• Execute a rigorous audit program for both internal facilities and external suppliers, ensuring that every ingredient and raw material is food-safety approved.
• Drive root-cause analysis on any non-compliance trends, implementing smart solutions that sharpen our quality metrics and supply chain efficiency.
• Champion the certification process for all Central Production Units and branches, ensuring we dont just achieve HACCP standards but live them every day.
• Manage the end-to-date documentation of our compliance journey, delivering sharp weekly and monthly reports that keep the leadership team informed and audit-ready.
• Collaborate across departments to lead quality initiatives, ensuring that our growth never compromises the safety or integrity of the INDPT brand.
