What are we looking for?

Were looking for a passionate and dynamic Content Executive to join the team at TEC. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone to learn, develop and grow within one of the Middle East’s leading event agencies, while helping to shape how we tell our clients’ stories across digital and social channels.

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram
• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
• Interest in events, marketing, and the latest industry trends

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver content for client social media platforms, website, newsletters and marketing campaigns
• Create engaging copy, visuals and multimedia assets that reflect the clients brand voice and values
• Work closely with the design team to develop creative concepts and ensure content is visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines
• Suggest influencers and expert speakers to attend events (paid and unpaid invites)
• Research industry trends, global event stories and relevant topics to keep clients content fresh and insightful
• Manage clients content calendar to ensure timely posting and consistent messaging
• Track performance of content across platforms and provide insights for optimisation
• Support the wider event team with client content requirements where needed, including case studies, event write-ups, and thought leadership pieces

Requirements

• A minimum of three years’ experience in a content, communications, or marketing role (agency experience preferred)
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends
• Experience using content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
• At least two references will be required
• Must be living/willing to live in the UAE
