Position: Consultant Genetics & Precision Medicine

Location: Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant in genetics & precision medicine to join our clients team in Saudi Arabia. As a consultant in genetics & precision medicine, you will play a crucial role in our efforts to improve healthcare outcomes and patient care through the integration of genetics and precision medicine. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance to our clients on the implementation, use, and management of genetic and precision medicine technologies. This includes conducting thorough assessments, developing strategic plans, and creating personalized treatment plans for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive genetic evaluations for patients and their families
• Interpret and analyze genetic test results to provide accurate diagnosis and treatment recommendations
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on genetic findings and precision medicine principles
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure the integration of genetics and precision medicine into patient care
• Provide ongoing support and education to clinicians, patients, and their families on genetic and precision medicine concepts and strategies
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in genetic and precision medicine technologies, practices, and guidelines
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects related to genetics and precision medicine
  
  

Qualifications

• Medical degree with specialization in clinical genetics, precision medicine, or related field
• Board certification or equivalent in Genetics and/or Precision Medicine
• Western-trained education or experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in genetics and precision medicine
• Strong knowledge of genetic and precision medicine technologies, practices, and guidelines
• Experience in conducting genetic assessments and interpreting results
• Ability to develop personalized treatment plans and integrate genetics and precision medicine into patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia
