Construction Site Supervisor

Najm Barea Technical Services L.L.C. is seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure the smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and experience managing teams and subcontractors on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors on site
• Monitor work progress according to project schedules and quality standards
• Ensure safety regulations and protocols are followed at all times
• Report daily site activity, manpower utilization, and material usage
• Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Maintain documentation, attendance, and site records

Requirements:

·         Experience: Fresher are encourage to apply; 0-1 years of experience

·         Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards

·         Ability to read construction technical documents

·         Strong organizational and leadership skills

·         Good communication in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.

·         Basic computer or mobile reporting ability preferred

Qualifications:

·         Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

·         Must be willing to work at project sites across the UAE
