A Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of a construction project from start to finish. The Construction Project Manager works closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to interpret and implement plans, ensuring all safety regulations and construction codes are adhered to. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in construction project management roles.
• Proficient understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management software.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with technical skills preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is desirable.
