CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - INFRASTRUCTURE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager specialized in Infrastructure projects to oversee the construction of bridges, deep utilities, wet & dry utilities, and road works.

Job Responsibility

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the infrastructure construction project.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors necessary for project execution.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards on construction sites.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on infrastructure projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  
  

• Solid understanding of construction management principles
• Proficiency in overseeing infrastructure projects, including bridges, deep utilities, wet & dry works, and road construction
• Strong project planning and scheduling abilities
• Knowledge of budget management and cost control
• Expertise in contractor management and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage project teams effectively
