The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion while ensuring safety at the worksite. This role requires effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and construction teams while managing risks and supervising ongoing operations. Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion efficiently.
• Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors on the project site.
• Develop and manage project schedules while ensuring deadlines are met appropriately.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to relevant legal regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables effectively.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to negotiate contract terms and specifications.
• Monitor progress and provide timely updates and solutions to any arising issues.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks effectively during the construction process.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction standards and safety regulations are upheld.
• Evaluate and manage resources to meet project specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists proficiently.
• Review and report on completed work and project milestones to company leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or similar role.
• Proven experience in managing large construction projects efficiently and successfully.
• Strong understanding of safety and building regulations, codes, and standards.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite packages.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and building plans accurately and thoroughly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
