Job Description

The Sales Manager for Fit-Out is a critical role within a growing sector, actively leading a team to drive business growth and ensure competitive market positioning. This position demands a highly motivated individual with a strong background in sales management and a detailed understanding of the fit-out industry, which involves the interior refurbishment of buildings. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in sales management within the fit-out industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and negotiation.
  • In-depth knowledge of fit-out processes and industry-specific sales strategies.
