As a dedicated Concierge, you are the pivotal point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stays are memorable and satisfying. Your role involves greeting guests with a warm welcome, efficiently managing their bookings, and assisting with diverse inquiries. By providing exemplary customer service, you play a key role in enhancing guests' experiences. The ideal candidate will possess an inherent ability to anticipate guests' needs, display a high degree of flexibility, and exhibit excellent problem-solving skills. As a Concierge, your priorities include maintaining positive guest interactions, offering thoughtful recommendations, and creating a seamless, memorable experience – aligning with our commitment to service excellence. Your effectiveness will hinge on your skills in communication, multitasking, and your innate ability to foster an inviting atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for throughout their stay. With an enthusiastic approach and a personable demeanor, you will contribute significantly to guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.


Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests as they arrive at the establishment.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures promptly and accurately.
  • Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services, travel directions, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate reservations for guests for dining, entertainment, and transportation.
  • Provide personalized service and anticipate guests' needs proactively and courteously.
  • Keep up-to-date with local activities, dining scenes, and recreational options available.
  • Resolve guest complaints efficiently and ensure a satisfactory resolution for all parties.
  • Maintain a professional and personable demeanor in all guest interactions.
  • Ensure the lobby, front desk, and surrounding areas remain clean and presentable.
  • Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to address guests' accommodation concerns.
  • Support and assist in arranging special requests like floral arrangements or specific events.
  • Monitor guest feedback and share insights with management to enhance services offered.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education preferred for this role.
  • Proven experience as a concierge, front desk representative, or similar role in hospitality.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with the hotel's local area, including attractions, dining, and events.
  • Ability to handle and resolve guest issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Must be efficient in multitasking and possess excellent time-management competencies.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays when required.
