Job Overview:

As a Compliance Trainer at Emirates NBD, your role is to support the Senior Manager, Compliance Training in designing and delivering robust Compliance training program for ENBD Group. The role is key in executing training strategies/annual plan, maintaining certification records, conducting gap and needs assessments, and responding to audits or regulatory reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver professional, engaging classroom-based Compliance training programs as “Subject Matter Expert"
  • Develop and implement high quality, interactive eLearning Programs for the Group
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to determine Compliance training needs
  • Ensure Compliance Training Programs are compliant with Regulatory and Policy requirements
  • Support and mentor Compliance team members for Certification Programs
  • Manage Compliance training records and reporting requirements
  • Continuously improve training solutions and identify future learning needs
  • Work constantly to keep Compliance training programs are vibrant and interesting

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • ACAMS Certification, professional certificate in AML, Compliance or Risk
  • Trainer Certifications (e.g., ATD Master Trainer)
  • Expert level knowledge to roll-out /Implementation of Compliance Training Programs
  • Business Presentation skills
  • Communication skills (Verbal and Written)
