Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Commis Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation and cooking, maintain kitchen standards, and ensure high-quality dishes are served. This role requires flexibility to support different kitchen sections and willingness to work across various locations in the UAE as required by the business .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Support different kitchen sections as needed (hot, cold, pastry, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with receiving deliveries.
• Work as part of a team to meet service deadlines and guest expectations.
  
  

• Previous kitchen experience or culinary training is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Flexibility to work in different kitchen sections and across various locations in the UAE.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per business needs.
