The Clinical Education Manager is responsible for driving clinical excellence and product adoption across Emerging Markets and APAC by delivering high-impact education to healthcare professionals (HCPs), medical staff, and business partners.
This role plays a critical part in bridging clinical expertise with commercial strategy, ensuring consistent, high-quality training aligned with organizational objectives.
Reporting to the Senior Clinical Education Manager, this position requires a team player, proactive, self-driven professional with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to operate effectively in diverse, multi-market environments.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Training & Education
Deliver comprehensive training programs to HCPs and medical staff on the company’s interventional urology portfolio, ensuring safe and effective product use along with therapy understanding.
Educate and upskill distributors and business partners to ensure consistent knowledge and positioning across markets.
Lead onboarding and certification programs for new hires across clinical, marketing, and commercial teams.
Content Development
Design, develop, and continuously enhance training modules, educational materials, and digital learning tools
Adapt content to meet regional needs while maintaining global standards and messaging consistency
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute educational initiatives, workshops, and scientific events.
Collaborate with Commercial teams to align training with business objectives and ensure consistency across Emerging Markets.
Support key opinion leader (KOL) engagement and educational strategy where relevant
Program Execution & Field Support
Lead and support regional and international training programs for Men’s Health & Endourology, including hands-on workshops and cadaveric courses.
Provide on-site clinical support when required, ensuring optimal training outcomes.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Track, evaluate, and report training effectiveness and outcomes.
Identify gaps and opportunities to enhance educational impact and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business.
Proven experience in clinical education, medical training, or a related field within medical devices (urology experience strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of interventional procedures and clinical environments.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Commercial awareness with the ability to align education to business impact.
High level of adaptability in multicultural and multi-market environments.
Language & Mobility
Fluent in English; strong command of Arabic is highly preferred.
Additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 50% across Emerging Markets and APAC.
