Job Description

The Client Services Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our clients. The individual in this position will manage client accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to coordinate with various internal departments to satisfy those needs. The Client Services Manager will act as a bridge between the company and the client, ensuring that client expectations are met, and that any issues or challenges are resolved in an efficient and timely manner. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead a team effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to promote loyalty.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction proactively.
  • Oversee the management of client accounts and ensure efficient service deployment.
  • Mediate any conflicts or challenging client requests and provide effective resolutions.
  • Present detailed reports on account status and service outcomes to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and onboard new client accounts.
  • Ensure clients' needs are not only met but exceeded wherever possible.
  • Develop client service procedures, policies, and standards for the company.
  • Monitor and evaluate service metrics to drive improvements and efficiencies.
  • Train, mentor, and support staff to deliver high-quality client interactions.
  • Gather client feedback and communicate these insights to optimize service offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in client service management or related role.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and staff.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Competency in using CRM tools and software to manage client data efficiently.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for service improvement.
