Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Process client requests and update their accounts accurately in the system.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge to assist clients and answer their questions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve client concerns.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Conduct follow-up communication to ensure client needs were fully met.
  • Identify and report trends or recurring issues to management for improvement.
  • Develop trust and build positive relationships with clientele consistently.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and client confidentiality standards.
  • Provide feedback for process improvements to enhance the client service experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Empathetic and patient attitude with a commitment to client satisfaction.
