Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a client service or similar role.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with calm professionalism.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all client communications and records.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision while being a team player.
