Job Summary:

Our client is hiring a Civil Estimation Engineer/Sr. Cost Controller with experience in high-rise building projects in Dubai. The role involves preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and supporting cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze project drawings & specs for cost estimation
Prepare & manage project budgets
Track costs vs. budgets; report variances
Support tendering & cost optimization
Coordinate with project, procurement & finance teams

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying
Experience in estimation/cost control in construction
Strong MS Excel & estimation software skills
Knowledge of cost planning & financial reporting
