Job Description
We are seeking a Civil Engineer with fit-out experience to manage site activities and projects.
Must have strong site experience, project management skills, and good communication skills.
Requirements:
Proven fit-out experience in commercial, residential, or retail projects
Strong site experience, managing day-to-day fit-out activities
Ability to manage projects including planning, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
Experience in handling interior works such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, and MEP coordination
Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams
Ability to read and interpret fit-out drawings and specifications
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely project completion
