CISO Digital Assets Financial Services - Dubai

Our client, a leading digital asset financial services firm based in Dubai that works with corporates, family offices and high-net-worth investors across the MENA region, is seeking a CISO to build and lead its security infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years experience in cybersecurity with 5+ years leading security teams, and possess strong DevOps background and hands‑on cloud security knowledge. Deep experience with AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, GitHub/GitLab, Vault/KMS/HSMs, SSO/IdP, and secrets rotation and demonstrated ownership of ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 from gap assessment to certification; PCI exposure a plus.

The role requires the successful applicant to have crypto/payments exposure, ie key management, wallet security, payment orchestration risks, fraud detection signals.
Familiarity with GCC regulatory landscape (CBB, VARA/ADGM/DFSA high level) and global privacy regimes is required.
You will be a clear communicator with board reporting experience, and able to translate risk into business impact.
