Chief nursing officer

C-Suite Partners is seeking to connect with experienced Chief Nursing Officers, Group Nursing Officers, Directors of Nursing and senior nursing executives with an interest in healthcare leadership opportunities across the Middle East.

We are building our network of senior nursing leaders across the region and welcome Expressions of Interest from executives with a strong track record of leading nursing services, clinical excellence and patient care within complex healthcare environments.

We are particularly interested in leaders with experience across:

• Clinical governance, patient safety and quality
• Nursing workforce strategy, capability and succession planning
• Leading large, multidisciplinary nursing teams
• Nursing models of care and clinical practice
• Accreditation, regulatory compliance and risk management
• Patient experience and clinical quality improvement
• Healthcare transformation and operational improvement
• Multi-site hospital or healthcare group environments
• Executive-level stakeholder engagement and collaboration

About You

You are a senior nursing leader with significant experience operating at an executive level within a complex healthcare organisation. You bring strong clinical credibility, strategic thinking and the ability to lead people and organisations through growth, transformation and change.

Experience across the Middle East, GCC or international healthcare markets will be highly regarded, as will experience leading nursing functions across large hospital networks or multi-site healthcare organisations.
