We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Chemist to join our laboratory team. As a Chemist in our lab, you will be responsible for conducting a variety of chemical analyses and experiments to support research and development activities. You will work closely with other scientists and laboratory personnel to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and results. This role requires a strong foundation in chemical principles and laboratory techniques, as well as the ability to think critically and solve complex problems. Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical experiments and analyses to support research and development projects.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments according to protocols.

• Record and analyze data accurately using appropriate lab software and documentation practices.
• Collaborate with scientists and cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and validate analytical methods for new and existing testing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all lab operations.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior lab staff and interns as needed.
• Participate in lab meetings and provide updates on ongoing projects and experiments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with lab equipment and experimental protocols.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, research papers, and presentations.
• Stay current with advancements in chemistry and laboratory technologies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field is required.
• At least 2-3 years of experience working in a laboratory setting.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and chemical analysis methods.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment, including spectrometers and chromatographs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate results.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
