The Role

As Chef de Partie, you run your own section of the kitchen. You prepare and cook to LPM standard, keep your section organised, and guide the junior chefs working with you.

What You'll Do

• Run your section during preparation and service
• Cook and present dishes to LPM standard
• Keep mise en place ready and organised
• Guide demi chefs and commis in your section
• Support stock rotation and reduce waste
• Keep hygiene and safety standards high
  
  
  

• Kitchen experience in a good restaurant or hotel
• Solid cooking fundamentals and consistency
• Organised and calm during service
• A team player who helps others learn
• Culinary training or equivalent experience
