Job Summary:

We are looking for a Channel Partner Relationship Manager with 3–5 years of working experience to join our Sales/Business Development team and help in expanding our partner ecosystem across MENA and Central Asia. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, regional market expertise, and a proven track record in driving partner-led growth.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners/Business Partners to expand market reach.
  • Provide training, enablement, and support to partners to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and execute partner performance improvement plans to boost sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and resources.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partner feedback to refine strategies.
  • Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.
  • Resolve partner conflicts and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
  • Track and report on partner KPIs(e.g., revenue, pipeline, market penetration).
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
  • Manage partner contracts, compliance, and governance in line with company policies.


Required Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and partner management platforms.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and market insights.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of MENA/Central Asia business practices, including regulatory and cultural nuances.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.


Experience:

  • Minimum: 3 years in channel sales, partner management, or business development.
  • Preferred: 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Existing network of partners in MENA/Central Asia.


Education/Qualification:

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Preferred: MBA or certifications in channel management/sales.
