Job Mission

The Business Value Lead actively engages with a diversity of internal and external stakeholders to ensure product access to patients, availability & monitoring across the registered portfolio. The Business Value Lead will act as the engagement interface for defined customers, leading procurement and enlisting negotiations as well as inventory management discussions.

Your Impact

  • Monitor product delivery, ordering, and inventory management within specified accounts, including peripheral stores, hospitals and pharmacies
  • Inform Roche’s Customer Value Stream Partner (CVSP) with the required product demand and changes in product patterns (consumption & orders) within the designated accounts.
  • Implement commercial agreements and monitor assigned key performance Indicators (KPIs) - within relevant accounts (private and public)
  • Collaborate internally with relevant Primary Points of Contact (PPOCS) to ensure product availability across the registered portfolio & securing desired POs for new products
  • Lead direct procurement negotiations within assigned accounts when needed
  • Map new external stakeholders within specified accounts while keeping an accurate and up-to-date record of contacts as well as relevant interactions
  • Understand priorities and develop relationships with purchasing and procurement stakeholders within the assigned accounts
  • Propose innovative and alternative commercial solutions/initiatives to maximize portfolio in assigned accounts and across the private sector
  • Engage with insurance offices in the assigned accounts and private insurance companies to drive uninterrupted access across the portfolio
  • Ensure comprehensive compliance with the Roche Code of Conduct & SOPs
  • Support the drug formulary inclusion process both in the private and public sectors

  • You possess expertise in cross-functional teamwork, collaborating seamlessly across departments and disciplines
  • You demonstrate strong business acumen with expertise in commercialization, driving strategic decisions and impactful outcomes
  • You have an in-depth understanding of internal and external processes and governance, ensuring compliance and efficiency
  • You are able to understand and leverage digital tools to enhance efficiency and support decision-making
  • You hold in-depth knowledge of the UAE healthcare environment and systems, combined with a strong scientific and medical background
  • You demonstrate excellent customer engagement, sensing market and customer needs and translating insights into actionable strategies (Sense → Sense-Making → Making)
  • You maintain solid connections with relevant stakeholders involved in formulary inclusion, stock management, and related healthcare processes
