The position of Business Set up Advisor Manager is pivotal for guiding clients through the intricate processes of establishing and managing their businesses. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate and advise on regulatory requirements, market entry strategies, and operational set-up within various jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure clients receive optimal advice and service for their business ambitions. They must also have excellent communication skills to build strong client relationships and manage a team of advisors effectively. This managerial position demands a proactive approach to continuously enhancing service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and market trends.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of business set-up advisors to achieve departmental goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on market entry and business set-up processes.
  • Analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions for business establishment and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for business setup in varied jurisdictions.
  • Develop and sustain strong client relationships through superior service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to advise clients on regulatory and market changes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide clients with comprehensive services.
  • Implement best practices in client advising to enhance services and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on business setup essentials.
  • Prepare regular reports on department performance and client satisfaction levels.
  • Identify opportunities for new services to meet client expansion needs effectively.
  • Resolve complex client issues or disputes with expert knowledge and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in business consultancy or advisory services.
  • Proven track record in managing teams and client relationships successfully.
  • Strong understanding of business laws and regulatory requirements in diverse markets.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to assess and develop strategic business solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are essential for client interactions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite for operational tasks.
