Job Title: Business Development Manager
Experience: Performance Marketing Clients and Brands


We’re looking for a Business Development Manager.


What you’ll do

  • Own and grow relationships with clients/brands across app, web, and programmatic channels

  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships

  • Work closely with growth, media, and operations teams to build relevant proposals and media plans

  • Lead negotiations, IO discussions, and commercial closures

  • Stay close to market trends, client goals, and performance benchmarks to drive repeat business


What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience working with performance marketing clients or brands

  • Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, funnels, attribution, and user acquisition

  • Experience selling or managing performance-driven media solutions

  • Confident communicator who can handle senior stakeholders

  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable owning targets end to end

  • Experience with app marketing, programmatic, DSPs, or mobile attribution platforms

  • Existing relationships with brands, agencies, or performance-led teams
