HR Administrator

Job Title: HR Executive(INDIAN PREFERRED)

Location: Dubai Industrial City, Dubai
Experience Required: 2–3 Years (UAE Experience Mandatory)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Dubai Industrial City. The ideal candidate should have hands-on UAE HR experience and strong knowledge of staffing and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling end-to-end staffing and recruitment

• Preparing and maintaining employee documentation and HR records

• Coordinating with PRO for visa, labor, and immigration documentation

• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes

• Assisting with HR policies and day-to-day HR operations

• Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in the UAE

• Strong experience in staffing and HR documentation

• Familiar with UAE labor laws and HR practices

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Willing to work in Dubai Industrial City, Dubai
