The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager for our office in Dubai. The ideal candidate brings excellent English communication skills, strong business development expertise, and a proven track record in selling services to corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B sector
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Sell services to corporate customers in the region
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to support strategic growth
• Prepare and present offers, reports, and business plans
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience, including:
• Minimum 1 year in Business Development
• Minimum 1 year in B2B service sales
• Fluent English skills (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with WordPress is desirable but not required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, combined with a results-driven mindset
