About the job:
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives in the Middle East market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in consulting and digital transformation, and will be responsible for identifying opportunities, driving client acquisition, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Synpulse in the Middle East.
Identify and engage with potential clients, build strong relationships, and convert leads into opportunities.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles in collaboration with internal consulting and delivery teams.
Manage partnerships and alliances to expand the firm’s footprint and service offerings.
Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and pitch presentations.
Maintain a strong pipeline through market intelligence, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
Represent Synpulse at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Provide regular reporting on sales activity, forecasts, and KPIs.
About you:
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
10-12 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting in the financial services or fintech sector.
Strong network within banking, wealth management, or insurance in the Middle East.
Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Knowledge of core banking platforms, digital banking solutions, or transformation consulting.
Previous experience working with or for a management consultancy.
