Job Description

The Business Development Manager - Loan position is integral to our financial services firm, focusing on expanding our loan product portfolio and increasing market share through strategic partnerships and client engagement. This role involves creating and implementing business strategies to acquire and retain key accounts, driving growth in our loan services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the financial sector, particularly in loan products. They will possess excellent analytical and communication skills to identify and engage potential clients and effectively promote our products and services. As a Business Development Manager specializing in loans, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our company as a leader in the industry.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet and exceed loan sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients and develop relationships to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the loan market sector.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention among loan customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development focusing on loan products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive business environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess loan market trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a diverse clientele base.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction levels.
