The role of a Business Development Manager is both dynamic and critical for the growth and sustainability of any organization. Responsibilities

  • Research and understand industry trends to identify potential growth areas.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profit margins.
  • Monitor market competition and devise strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and track progress towards targets.
  • Collaborate with product development to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative reports on business developments and initiatives.
  • Participate in industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows to expand contact networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or relevant roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong network within the industry and the ability to develop new contacts.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
