As a Business Development & Growth Entrepreneur (code 03M26), you will be at the forefront of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities that drive growth and expansion for the company. Your role will include strategizing, executing, and scaling business initiatives that align with the organization’s mission and objectives. Responsibilities

  • Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies to improve the company's market position.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard company interests.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurial spirit within the organization.
  • Mentor and guide team members to achieve personal and professional growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • At least five years of experience in business development or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, trends, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and close high-value deals effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and track progress.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems creatively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and environments.
