Job Description

As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales operations of our company. You will reach out to potential clients, using your excellent communication skills to present our products or services and persuade them to make a purchase. The role requires a dynamic individual who is motivated by targets and has a proven track record in sales. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and company sales objectives, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales service. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate sales leads.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Present and promote company products and services effectively to enhance sales.
  • Follow up on outreach efforts and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects for future opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute and optimize sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly update customer information in the CRM system to maintain accuracy.
  • Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer insights and product improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a tele sales executive, telemarketer, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and phone systems for sales operations.
  • Outstanding customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales is a plus.
