About the Role

The Business Development Executive will acquire new customers as we continue to grow rapidly in the Middle East Region. You'll be responsible for prospecting and growing revenue within a defined geographic market. The role will require close collaboration with the regional sales team to maximise revenue opportunities. Travel will be required to support customers and attend industry events



Responsibilities

  • Acquire new B2B clients in the GCC market
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, attending events, and other creative strategies.
  • Manage inbound leads to close within your defined territory
  • Conduct consultative selling processes including product demonstrations, presentations, and tender responses.
  • Understand the value proposition and use cases for the assigned portfolio and territory
  • Negotiate, prepare, and close sales contracts.
  • Stay updated with market developments, including regulatory changes, new product offerings, and competition.
  • Prepare and maintain an effective sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client activity, pipeline, and forecasts within Salesforce CRM.
  • Utilize available tech tools including Salesforce, Lusha, and Gong


Requirements

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B new business development.
  • At least 3 years of experience in SAAS sales, in the region.
  • Familiarity with sales/qualification methodologies such as MEDDPICC
  • University degree is preferred; a master's or technical degree is advantageous
