Job Title: Business Development Executive – FMCG Wholesale

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to manage and expand FMCG wholesale operations within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in packaged FMCG products, non-food items such as cream, toothpaste, and personal care / daily-use products, with a solid understanding of the UAE wholesale market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow FMCG wholesale and distribution business across the UAE
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and retail partners
  • Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure consistent sales growth
  • Drive sales of packaged FMCG food & non-food products including personal care items
  • Execute market expansion strategies and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and customer demand in the UAE
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations related to FMCG distribution and labeling
  • Monitor stock movement, promotions, and product performance in the market

Mandatory Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in FMCG wholesale and distribution within the UAE
  • Hands-on experience handling packaged FMCG products (food & non-food)
  • Strong network with UAE wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, and retailers
