Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify current market trends and client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close deals that maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences and outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and industry developments.
  • Ensure documentation and reporting are completed in a timely manner.
  • Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and networking events.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market conditions and competitive positioning.
  • Continuously improve business development strategies based on performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
