Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development within the logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with proficiency in client presentations.
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities effectively.
  • Strong understanding of courier and cargo services and industry-specific logistics solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
