The Business Development Executive (Courier & Cargo) is a vital role focused on driving the business growth and expansion strategies of our logistics services. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, cultivating relationships, and understanding client needs to tailor service offerings. Your primary goal will be to increase company revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies in the fast-paced courier and cargo industry. The role requires a deep understanding of logistics solutions, market analysis, and strategic planning. Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities by researching potential markets, segments, and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of three years experience in business development within the courier or logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business development tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
