We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development Executive (B2B) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing growth strategies focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. As a Business Development Executive, your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and establishing long-term relationships with prospective clients. This role requires a self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to negotiate and close deals. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Develop deep relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness within the target market.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits for the organization.
  • Provide professional after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance and update senior management on sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to represent the company.
  • Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for senior management review.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies regarding business practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the B2B sector.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to reach sales goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
